How do we collect personal information?
We collect personal information directly from you. The means initially is by a request for information being sent directly to us either by phone, fax, email or through a website request.  We are required by law to obtain your consent to collect “sensitive” information. Unless stated otherwise by you, we assume your consent to the collection of information as provided by you.
 

What information do we collect?
We collect only the information necessary to conduct the normal course of business.  This normally includes items such as your contact information and delivery address.

We will never share or sell your information!
The information provided to us is used for our purposes only and will be available to employees managing the information and providing customer service.

Security of Information
Velsoft Courseware has implemented the appropriate physical, electronic and managerial security procedures in order to protect personal information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.  We regularly review security procedures and will strive to protect your personal information.
