are shipped by FedEx
overnight. Shipping costs
are approximately $24 US$.
When can I expect to
receive my order?
For orders placed before
2:00PM EST, FedEx usually
delivers the package before
9:00AM the next day. Orders
made after 2:00PM will be
delivered the following day
before 9:00AM.
How can I get my order
faster?
Simply request the order as
a download.
Does Velsoft offer
international shipping?
Yes. We can ship anywhere
you need to do training.
Can I order a product and
ask you to ship it to
someone else?
Certainly. Just enter the
address where you want your
product delivered, in the
"Ship to" portion of the
Checkout process.
Can I ship to a PO box
address?
No. FedEx requires a
physical street address for
