Course description
Project management has evolved over the past few years due to emerging technology, new approaches (predictive, traditional, adaptive, agile, hybrid, etc.) and rapid market changes. To reflect this evolution, the Standard for Project Management and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide Seventh Edition is quite different from previous versions. It outlines 12 project management principles, eight performance domains, tailoring and project models, methods, and artifacts.
This two-day course will look at project value delivery systems, environmental factors, and governance in project management. It will define portfolios, programs and projects and give an overview of the project management principles and performance domains.
